Indian Cricket Board

In the U.S, the NFL, NBA, NHL associations conduct matches with teams owned by individuals and not the government. But, in India, the cricket team is managed by an organization run by the government. Indian cricket team is supposed to play for the country and in that process, individual players are allowed to create records if they can. It is the cricket boards responsibility to make sure that the team is formed by taking the best talents that are available in India. And it is important to consider the present and future teams as well. It is impossible to keep a static team. But, due to the ugly politics played all the time in India, selection of team is not based on the talent but influences play a vital role. By doing this, we do not pick the best talent all the time and hence we do not have the best team ever. If the selection process is done in the right way..India could have a unbeatable team. India has the potential but uneven pitch..makes the game hard.
